Excelcare provides a wide range of residential homes, nursing homes and domiciliary care. We maintain our successful reputation as a leading UK Care Home provider by continuing to deliver high quality services tailored to the needs of elderly people.
We always provide choice and ensure that personal needs are met promptly, efficiently and sensitively. Our care workers act in partnership with each individual, their family and other agencies, to ensure that we meet each person’s needs sensitively and competently. We go out of our way to protect everyone in our care from abuse or neglect and the results mean a real improvement in the quality of life for the people that use our service.
Because we are at heart a family business ourselves, it is vitally important to us that our working relationships between the people that use our service, the families and carers are open, honest and reliable. Each of our Care Homes can deliver a range of care services, in order that families and individuals can live safe in the knowledge that as far as possible there will be continuity of care.
There are several types of care that a Care Home can provide, each of which delivers a specific kind of support to meet individual needs.
