Surrounded by serene countryside to the north-east of Nottingham, Highfields is set amongst picturesque villages, on one and a half acres of grounds. The home offers residential, nursing, and palliative care. With a large conservatory opening out onto this rural beauty, and the blooms of the flowerbeds and greenhouse, peace and quiet is never far away. It's also just a short ride on the courtesy vehicle to the shops, pubs and churches of nearby Farnsfield.
The home has 45 rooms, 35 of which are en-suite, and four are companion rooms. There are three, open communal lounges, one private lounge and a well appointed dining room, all tastefully decorated to the highest standards - so you can be proud to call Highfields your home.
Chefs prepare a daily menu of tasty, nutritional meals which may be taken in the communal dining room or in bedrooms as preferred. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
A dedicated activities coordinator plans daily events in the home, as well as regular excursions beyond it. Residents and their families are encouraged to participate in the planning process to make sure everyone's needs and wants are being met.
Carers understand that moving into Highfields will be a considerable transition, but one they try to make feel as easy as possible. By helping you arrange your room just the way you like, or bringing you your daily newspaper, the staff at Highfields do the little things that make the biggest difference.

We understand that moving into Highfields will be a considerable transition, but one we try to make feel as easy as possible. Your room is your own personal space, which is why we encourage you to personalise your room if you like, by hanging your favourite pictures or bringing small pieces of furniture.
