All of the homes under Luxurycare are homes that really care, with a team focused on doing their best and making sure that their residents feel happy, secure and comfortable. While they have the necessary procedures and processes in place, they do rely on the basic art of conversation to establish what expectations everyone has from the service. After all, expectations are always different so understanding what they are enable staff to deliver them through a tailored approach.Their tailored approach is something that they have worked on over the many years that they have been in the industry. They have put together a core team of managers who understand that there is nothing more important than working to achieving outstanding results and learning where necessary. As part of this team, trainers teach and mentor all of the team. This means that quality can be maintained across their homes and that each unit benefits from improvements that may be made in another. They are large enough to support staff and residents, but small enough to still be individual.
